Paint on Elephants
Paint elephants, and enjoy the curiosity about their behavior.
Elephants are intelligent social beings, that pass the mirror tests and can draw. We had explored how elephants react to music.
However, we had not seen their behavior in response to such identity-stimulating experiences as being colored differently.
People use clothes, and it plays a role in socializing. An experiment on coloring a group of elephants each with a different color, or a pattern, would be quite interesting, and might reveal things about their social manners and preferences, and further explore animal intelligence. Give human artists a gist about painting on elephants, and something interesting might happen.
This may be useful as a method for animal intelligence research.
