Deserving market fund
Markets allocate funds to shareholders, can markets allocate equitably too?
The problem with the current stock market is that you don't own any stock by default and you must acquire stock to gain.
So I propose something different. What if shareholders were replaced with job holders. Having the job certifies you to gain under this system.
Everyday, you sell a share into the market of your hours worked at your present salary. The company buys this share.
Every day there is a profit acquired, you vote on the division of that profit. You obviously cannot vote for yourself for that profit. You must provide an allocation to every department in the business and you can name particular people.
Every day a portion of the profits is allocated to you and this becomes your dividend.
The profit plan is itself listed in the market and has a voting system attached.
