To approximate it, the above numbers are derived and defined by combining data from tradingeconomics.com and fixer.io. In particular, we currently use the wage, population and rates data, taking the wages and populations data every 24 hours at 0:00 UTC, and taking the rates data every hour, normalized to de-facto trend in work traditions of most of humanity, that is, assuming that in work-time terms, 1 year is 12 months, 1 month is 4 weeks, 1 week is 5 days, and 1 day is 8 hours.
We will be improving the precision of estimating the unit of value: please do suggest improvements! The ordering above is made to comform to trading volumes where possible. The reason for "Hour" as measure of value, is to incentivize to optimize for maximizing time of life in the universe, and in particular, "time well-spent".
